WP Pro Converter ("Service"), operated by Utsubo Co., Ltd. (Utsubo株式会社) ("Company", "we", "us"), provides an automated website-to-WordPress conversion service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through the Service.
2. Preview Approval and Acceptance
2.1 Preview Review Period. Before payment, you are provided with a fully functional preview of the converted WordPress site. You may browse, inspect, and test the preview to verify that the conversion meets your expectations.
2.2 Explicit Approval. By clicking "Approve Preview" and proceeding to payment, you explicitly confirm that you have reviewed the preview and accept the deliverable in its current state. This approval constitutes your acceptance of the converted site as satisfactory.
2.3 Post-Approval. Once you have approved the preview and completed payment, refunds are generally not available, as the deliverable was reviewed and accepted before purchase.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The installer plugin fails to install the converted site and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team within 7 business days
- The delivered files are materially different from what was shown in the approved preview
- A technical error on our part prevented you from accessing or downloading the installer after payment
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after approving the preview and completing payment
- Issues caused by modifications you made to the converted theme after installation
- Incompatibility with third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments not part of the conversion
- Failure to review the preview before approval
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@wpproconverter.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order ID, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or error messages. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Payment Disputes
If you file a payment dispute (chargeback) with your payment provider, we will provide evidence of your preview approval, engagement history, and download activity as part of the dispute resolution process. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute so we can resolve the matter promptly.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Stripe) within 5-10 business days. Upon refund, access to the installer and converted files will be revoked.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
